On December 19, 2022, the company announcement "Zotye Auto: The company's announcement on the signing of major contracts by its subsidiaries" stated that Zhejiang Zotye Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, and Resail International Trade (Yongkang) Co., Ltd. recently signed the " Exclusive Distribution and Service Agreement", which authorizes the latter to be the exclusive exporter and agent of the vehicle models (T300, etc.) in the agreement in the specific countries and regions in the Middle East agreed by both parties. The two parties agreed that the sales plan of Resail International Trade (Yongkang) Co., Ltd. from 2022 to 2023 is: 10,000 units of T300, with an estimated amount of 692 million CNY.

Zotye T300 Overseas Edition is a compact SUV developed based on the i-AFA platform of Zotye Automobile . The length, width and height are 4405mm, 1830mm and 1665mm respectively, equipped with a 1.5T CVT engine, and equipped with TYE-NET car networking intelligent control system and ESC electronic stability control System, air purification system, reversing camera system and all-aluminum luggage rack, etc., mainly for overseas markets such as Central Asia, West Asia, South America, and the Middle East. At present, orders for the overseas version of Zotye T300 continue to increase.

Zotye T300 is the "first shot" for Zotye Auto to enter the overseas market after the resumption of production. In Central Asia, West Asia, South America, the Middle East and other overseas markets, it will simultaneously make efforts to bring new choices of quality to car purchases for global users.

According to the company's established plan, the overseas version of Zotye T300 will continue to be shipped overseas from January to March 2023 after resuming production in October last year.
